Who We Are
SuitAlert was founded by Mark Laporte, an entrepreneur based in Rhode Island, after realizing that billions of dollars in class action settlement money goes unclaimed every year — not because people aren't eligible, but because they never find out in time.
Most settlement websites are run by law firms with a financial interest in your claim. SuitAlert is independent. We don't represent any party in any lawsuit. We don't take a cut of your settlement. We find open cases, verify the details, and make it easy for you to check eligibility and file before the deadline.
Why This Exists
The average American qualifies for several open class action settlements at any given time and never knows it. Data breaches, hidden fees, mislabeled products, and unfair billing practices often lead to court-approved settlements — but only if you file a claim.
