ABOUT SUITALERT

Our Mission

SuitAlert tracks currently open class action settlements, consumer rebates, and government remission programs so you don't miss money you're legally owed. New settlements open every week, and most go unclaimed simply because people never hear about them — over 90% of class action settlement funds typically go unclaimed industry-wide. We monitor new cases daily and publish clear, accurate breakdowns of who qualifies, what's required, and how to file — without the legal jargon.

How We Verify Every Settlement

Before any case goes live on SuitAlert, we cross-reference it against the official court-approved settlement website and case docket. We monitor multiple independent legal news and settlement-tracking sources daily to catch new claims as soon as they open, and we update deadline and eligibility information as cases move through the settlement process. Every page links directly to the official settlement administrator's website — we never host claim forms ourselves, and we never ask for sensitive personal information like Social Security numbers.

What We Are (and Aren't)

SuitAlert is published by LaPorte Labs LLC, an independent media company. We are not a law firm, we do not represent class members in litigation, and we have no financial relationship with any settlement administrator, defendant, or class counsel named on this site. We earn revenue through display advertising and affiliate partnerships, which never influences which settlements we cover or how we describe them.

Questions About a Specific Claim?

SuitAlert cannot access your claim status, resend notices, or process payments — only the official settlement administrator listed on each case page can do that. For general questions about this site, visit our contact page or email suitalerthq@gmail.com.

Need help with a settlement claim? Contact the settlement administrator linked on that case's official website — not SuitAlert. We cannot look up your claim, resend your notice, or tell you how much you'll receive.
