• You did not receive the required extra hour of minimum-wage spread of hours pay for that workday
• That workday fell between January 1, 2019 and April 30, 2026
• Immigration status does not matter — undocumented workers are eligible
• You file by October 31, 2026

What Happened?

The New York Attorney General alleged that Top Line Restaurants and Reveille Management failed to pay the extra hour of minimum-wage spread of hours pay on workdays lasting more than 10 hours at 23 Denny's franchise restaurants in New York. This is an AG enforcement settlement, not a private class action.

The companies agreed to a $440,000 restitution fund. OAG reviewed payroll and time records to calculate an individualized amount per worker. The companies separately cover up to $40,000 in administration costs.
