Hustler Hollywood retail stores were sued for violating the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing more than the last five digits of customers' credit and debit card numbers on electronically printed receipts. Federal law prohibits this practice to protect consumers from credit card fraud and identity theft at point of sale.
