Do I Qualify?
You may be eligible if:
- You are a living U.S. resident
- Heritage South Credit Union identified you and sent notice that your private information may have been impacted in the February 2025 Data Incident
- You file a valid Claim Form online or by mail by October 5, 2026
- For documented losses, you submit proof (bank statements, receipts, etc.) showing out-of-pocket costs tied to the incident
- You did not validly opt out by September 18, 2026
Login ID and PIN from your settlement notice are required to file online. Documented out-of-pocket loss claims need receipts, bank statements, or similar proof showing expenses caused by the Data Incident (self-made notes alone are not enough). Lost-time claims require attestation that you spent time on incident-related tasks (for example changing passwords or investigating suspicious activity). Credit monitoring enrollment is available to Class Members who submit a valid claim for that benefit.
