How Much Will I Actually Get?
Class members choose ONE cash option: (1) Alternative Cash Payment — a flat payment estimated at $75 with no proof required, OR (2) Documented Losses — up to $300 for unreimbursed ordinary out-of-pocket expenses fairly traceable to the data incident (credit monitoring fees, ID replacement, postage) incurred between February 11, 2025 and August 26, 2026, PLUS up to $100 for lost time (4 hours at $25/hr). All class members may also elect three years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with financial fraud insurance regardless of which cash option they choose. The settlement caps all cash payments at $250,000 — if total valid claims exceed this amount, payments are reduced pro rata. The $250,000 figure is an aggregate cap, not a guaranteed per-person amount.
