What Happened?

NJ Lenders Corp notified individuals that their Private Information — including name, Social Security number, and/or other non-public personally identifiable information — may have been impacted in an August 2025 data incident.

The parties reached a class action settlement with individual payments only and no common settlement fund disclosed. Class members who received direct notice may choose one cash option and enroll in credit monitoring.
