How Much Will I Actually Get?

Choose either a flat $65 cash payment with no proof required, OR reimbursement of up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred October 1, 2024 through August 5, 2026 including identity theft and fraud losses, credit monitoring fees, ID replacement, and related costs. You cannot combine both options. All class members may separately enroll in two years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete with $1 million identity theft insurance. The administrator pays each valid claim directly with no aggregate cap.

Documented losses may receive higher compensation.
