How Much Will I Actually Get?
Choose one: up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses including up to $80 in lost time at $20 per hour for up to 4 hours (receipts required) for losses incurred January 23, 2024 through September 14, 2026, OR a flat $50 alternative cash payment requiring no documentation. You cannot claim both. All class members also receive two years of free CyEx Financial Shield credit monitoring.
Documented losses may receive higher compensation.
