What Happened?
In July 2025, a targeted cyberattack on Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital systems accessed files that may have contained names, dates of birth, health insurance information, billing information, and medical treatment information.
The case is In Re: Susan B. Allen Data Security Litigation, Case No. BU-2025-CV-000185 (District Court of Butler County, Kansas). The hospital denies wrongdoing.
The claim deadline is November 12, 2026. Opt-out and objection deadlines are October 13, 2026. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for December 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
