What Happened?

The settlement resolves litigation over alleged emissions-related issues involving certain Toyota internal combustion forklifts. Toyota denies wrongdoing but agreed to create a $299.5 million settlement fund and provide additional service and warranty benefits.

Eligible class members can file online using the class member ID and PIN from the settlement notice. Those without notice credentials can still file, but should provide documentation of ownership or lease.
