An unauthorized third party accessed a Western Montana Clinic employee email account between March 11, 2025 and April 15, 2025, potentially exposing contact information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, treating physicians, internal ID numbers, dates of service, medication information, and treatment and diagnostic data for approximately 9,506 patients.
