- The call was to a telephone number between December 2, 2024 and December 11, 2024
- You received a postcard with a Class Member ID, or your number appears in the calling records
- Eligible states: All US states
- You file a valid Claim Form online or by mail by October 20, 2026

What Happened?
Plaintiffs allege Altrua Ministries d/b/a Altrua HealthShare and Crown Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Health Admins placed prerecorded calls to cell phones using AIRudder without prior express consent, violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
The case is Finley v. Altrua Ministries et al., Case No. 2026CH000018, in the Circuit Court of LaSalle County, Illinois, Chancery Division. Defendants deny wrongdoing.
The claim deadline is October 20, 2026. Opt-out and objection deadlines are October 5, 2026. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.

How Much Will I Actually Get?
Up to $700 per person from a $1,100,000 aggregate cap. The remaining fund after notice and administrative expenses, the fee award and costs, and the service award is divided equally among valid claimants; payments are reduced pro rata so approved claims plus those costs do not exceed $1,100,000
