Americold Data Breach Settlement
Americold Data Breach Settlement allows eligible class members to file claims from a $5,250,000 fund. The deadline is October 22, 2026. Current and former Americold employees and job applicants in the U.S. who received notice that the November 2020 and/or April 2023 Americold data breaches (affecting 141,000 and 129,000 individuals respectively) impacted their personal or health information.

- You meet the class definition described in the official settlement notice
- Eligible states: All U.S. states
- Class period: November 1, 2020 – April 30, 2023
- You file a valid claim by October 22, 2026

Documented losses up to $25,000 (credit report/monitoring costs, fraud resolution, other identity theft/fraud losses), OR a residual cash payment of $200 (if notified of both 2020 and 2023 breaches) or $100 (if notified of only one) with no documentation required. All class members can elect 3 years of free credit monitoring ($1M identity theft protection). Paid electronically or by mailed check.

- All claimants need the Class Member ID from their settlement notice
