What Happened?
Peco Foods Data Breach Settlement resolves claims through a $950,000 settlement without further litigation. Class members who received notice may be eligible to file.
Up to $1,000 for documented ordinary out-of-pocket losses, PLUS up to $5,000 for documented extraordinary losses (identity theft/fraud) which also covers up to 10 hours at $40/hr for time spent on the breach (that time claim is inside the $5,000 cap, not additional). All class members can also claim a residual cash payment up to $550 with no documentation, and 3 years of three-bureau credit monitoring.
