Class members choose ONE of two cash options — reimbursement of up to $2,000 in actual, documented, unreimbursed out-of-pocket losses traceable to the breach, or a one-time no-proof alternate cash payment estimated at $20 (final amount depends on total claims filed). Both options share the same $200,000 cash cap, so all payments are reduced pro rata together if claims exceed it. Every class member, regardless of which cash option is chosen, is also eligible for two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with $1 million of identity theft insurance.
