Most class members do not need to file. If the stores have your email, a voucher worth 75% of the health care fees you paid is emailed automatically. File only if you want 50% cash instead — that cash-claim deadline is November 8, 2026. Opt-out/object by October 24, 2026.

Four San Francisco Domino's franchise locations (ASI / AAI / AHI / ARI Foods) have a preliminary settlement over the 6% Health Care Security Ordinance surcharge collected from December 4, 2023 through August 12, 2026. This is not a national Domino's case — only 3116 Noriega, 320 Bayshore, 5200 Geary, and 728 Geary. Most class members should not file a claim: if the stores have your email, a voucher equal to 75% of the fees you paid is emailed automatically. File only if you want 50% cash instead — that cash-claim deadline is November 8, 2026. Opt-out/object by October 24, 2026. Official site: asifoodssettlement.com.

Do I Qualify?

You may be eligible if:

Automatic 75% voucher: no claim form if the stores have your email — the amount is calculated from purchase records. 50% cash alternative: file with the Notice ID and PIN from your notice by November 8, 2026. If your orders were not tied to an email, send proof of purchase to the administrator first to obtain a login.

No claim form for the default voucher. If ASI/AAI/AHI/ARI Foods have an email from your orders, a 75% voucher is sent automatically. File at asifoodssettlement.com only if you want 50% cash instead of the voucher (deadline 11:59 p.m. November 8, 2026), or to get a login if your purchases were not tied to an email on file.

What Happened?

Four San Francisco Domino's franchises operated by ASI Foods, AAI Foods, AHI Foods, and ARI Foods collected a 6% surcharge tied to San Francisco's Health Care Security Ordinance. A class action followed on behalf of California residents who paid that fee at 3116 Noriega, 320 Bayshore, 5200 Geary, or 728 Geary between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026.

The settlement is preliminarily approved, with a final fairness hearing on December 18, 2026. There is no stated aggregate fund — each person's benefit is a percentage of the fees they personally paid, calculated from the defendants' purchase records.

Default: a 75% voucher emailed automatically, redeemable only at those four stores. Alternative: 50% cash by check if you file by November 8, 2026. Opt-out and objections are due October 24, 2026.

Do I Need to File a Claim?

  1. Most people do nothing: a voucher worth 75% of the health care fees you paid is emailed automatically if the stores have your email — no claim form
  2. If you would rather have cash (50% of the fees you paid), file online at asifoodssettlement.com with the Notice ID and PIN from your notice by 11:59 p.m. November 8, 2026
  3. If your purchases were not tied to an email on file, send proof of purchase to the administrator first to obtain a login before you can file
  4. Opt-out and objection deadline is October 24, 2026 — that is a different date from the cash-claim deadline

How Much Will I Actually Get?

Automatic default: a voucher equal to 75% of the health care fees you personally paid, redeemable only at the four San Francisco locations, emailed with no claim form if the stores have your email. Opt-in alternative: 50% of the fees you paid, in cash by check, which requires filing a claim by November 8, 2026. There is no fixed dollar amount — both are calculated from actual purchase records, so the benefit scales with how much and how often you ordered from these four stores over the class period. This is not a flat equal payout and not a documented-loss vs. no-proof pair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Domino's locations are covered, and do I have to live in California?
Only four San Francisco franchise stores: 3116 Noriega Street, 320 Bayshore Boulevard, 5200 Geary Boulevard, and 728 Geary Street. You must be a California resident who paid the 6% Health Care Security Ordinance surcharge at one of those stores between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026. This is not a nationwide Domino's case.
What happens if I do nothing?
If the defendants have a valid email from your orders, you get a voucher worth 75% of the health care fees you paid, emailed automatically. Doing nothing is the default path for most class members — it is not a missed claim.
How do I get cash instead of the voucher?
File at asifoodssettlement.com with the Notice ID and PIN from your notice by 11:59 p.m. November 8, 2026. Cash is 50% of the fees you paid (less than the 75% voucher). If your orders were not tied to an email on file, you must send proof of purchase to the administrator first to get a login.
Is there a typical payout amount?
No published flat number. Someone who ordered once pays a small 6% surcharge on that order and gets 75% or 50% of that fee back. A frequent customer at these four stores over the ~2.5-year class period gets a larger voucher or check because the percentage is applied to whatever they actually paid.
Why are there two different deadlines?
October 24, 2026 is the deadline to opt out or object. November 8, 2026 is only for people who want the 50% cash alternative instead of the automatic 75% voucher. If you are taking the voucher, you have no claim-filing deadline. The final fairness hearing is December 18, 2026.
