EisnerAmper Data Breach Settlement resolves claims through a $1,050,000 non-reversionary fund settlement without further litigation. Class members who received notice may be eligible to file.
Choice of a pro rata cash payment estimated at $100 with no documentation required, OR reimbursement of up to $5,000 in documented monetary losses fairly traceable to the breach. Plus 2 years of single-bureau credit monitoring with at least $1M identity theft insurance. California residents can claim an additional $50 CCPA payment.
