Albany Park, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand, was sued for allegedly advertising furniture at inflated reference prices and then showing consumers false discounts — a practice known as reference price fraud. Consumers who purchased sofas, sectionals, and other Albany Park furniture believed they were getting genuine sale prices when the "original" prices may never have been real.
Albany Park agreed to settle the class action while denying wrongdoing. The $14,993,930 settlement provides a $115 store credit automatically to class members, or $115 cash if you elect cash by filing a claim.
How Much Will I Actually Get?
Class members automatically receive a $115 store credit with no claim needed. Alternatively, you may elect $115 cash by filing online at ChiechiClassActionSettlement.com by August 18, 2026 using the CPT ID and Passcode from your notice. No proof of purchase is required.
