Leesa, Helix, Bear & Brooklyn Bedding Mattress Discount Settlement (California)
Night US, LLC and Brooklyn Bedding LLC have agreed to settle California claims over advertised mattress discounts on Leesa, Brooklyn Bedding, Helix, and Bear websites. Eligible class members can receive $110 per qualifying mattress order. A cash claim is due by September 25, 2026; class members who do nothing receive an automatic store-credit voucher instead.

You may be eligible if:
- You purchased one or more mattresses advertised at a discount while in California or as a California resident
- Your purchase was from leesa.com from July 28, 2019 to March 11, 2024
- Or your purchase was from brooklynbedding.com from September 5, 2020 to March 31, 2024
- Or your purchase was from helixsleep.com from October 2, 2020 to March 31, 2024
- Or your purchase was from bearmattress.com from June 4, 2021 to April 1, 2024
- You use your Notice ID and Confirmation Code to request cash by September 25, 2026, or you do nothing and receive automatic store credit

The lawsuit, Brynn Grossman et al. v. Night US, LLC and Brooklyn Bedding LLC, Case No. 26CU017232N, alleges that mattress discounts advertised on leesa.com, brooklynbedding.com, helixsleep.com, and bearmattress.com were deceptive. Defendants deny wrongdoing and maintain that their advertising was lawful.
The settlement provides one $110 benefit for each qualifying mattress order. Class members who submit a valid claim receive cash by check or electronic payment. Class members who do not opt out and do not file a claim automatically receive a store-credit voucher for the website where they purchased.
