McKenzie Health System has agreed to settle litigation over an April 2025 cyberattack that exposed private information of over 54,000 people in Sandusky, Michigan. How Much Will I Actually Get?
Choose one: up to $4,000 reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred April 14, 2025 through August 24, 2026 (receipts and bank statements required), OR a flat $50 cash payment with no proof required. All class members also receive two years of free CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with up to $1 million fraud insurance regardless of which cash option is chosen.
Documented losses may receive higher compensation.
