How Much Will I Actually Get?
Class members must choose Cash Payment A or Cash Payment B, and may separately claim credit monitoring. Cash Payment A: up to $1,000 for documented unreimbursed out-of-pocket losses from fraud or identity theft fairly traceable to the breach, incurred May 24, 2025–September 18, 2026 — documentation required. Cash Payment B: a pro rata alternate cash payment from a $50,000 Settlement Fund established specifically for Payment B claims, with no documentation required. The $50,000 figure is the alternate-cash-tier pool — not the documented loss budget. All class members may enroll in one year of CyEx Medical Shield Complete monitoring with $1 million medical identity theft insurance.
