What Happened?

Plaintiffs alleged that an April 2022 data security incident at OneTouchPoint exposed private information of notified individuals. OneTouchPoint denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle.

The settlement is claims-made rather than a fixed pool: class members may claim up to $500 in ordinary documented losses, up to $5,000 in extraordinary documented losses, and up to $100 for documented lost time (4 hours at $25/hour), or elect a flat $75 alternative cash payment instead of a losses claim.

All class members can also elect two years of one-bureau credit monitoring with $1 million in fraud protection. Documented losses for this settlement are claimable for costs incurred from about April 28, 2022 through November 16, 2026 — that loss window is separate from class membership itself. Administrator: Analytics Consulting LLC.

How Much Will I Actually Get?

Up to $500 for documented ordinary out-of-pocket losses, up to $5,000 for documented extraordinary losses, up to $100 for documented lost time (4 hrs at $25/hr) — or a flat $75 alternative cash payment for class members who don't file a losses claim. All class members can also elect two years of one-bureau credit monitoring with $1M in fraud protection, regardless of whether they file a monetary claim. Claims-made structure with a per-claimant cap around $5,600; no aggregate fund total disclosed.
