What Happened?
Plaintiffs allege Tyson, Clemens, Seaboard, Hormel, Triumph, and Agri Stats participated in a conspiracy to inflate pork prices by exchanging competitively sensitive production and pricing data through Agri Stats. Defendants deny wrongdoing.
The cash fund totals $117,065,000 across the paying defendants. Agri Stats settled for nonmonetary reforms only.
End-payor consumers in 24 states and D.C. who bought qualifying raw pork products may file with no proof of purchase.
