What Happened?

Direct purchasers alleged that major turkey processors coordinated to raise and stabilize turkey prices during 2010–2016.

Six processor groups settled for a combined $93,575,000. These settlements are separate from earlier Cargill/Tyson rounds and use a narrower product definition, so a new claim form is required.
