STIIIZY Inc. Data Breach Settlement
STIIIZY Inc. has agreed to pay $2.95 million to settle litigation over an October 2024 data breach disclosed on January 7, 2025. If your personal or health information was accessed, you may choose a pro rata cash payment with no proof, up to $7,500 for documented losses, plus two years of credit monitoring. The claim deadline is September 10, 2026.
Do I Qualify?
You may be eligible if:
- Your personally identifiable information or health information was accessed in the STIIIZY data breach that occurred in October 2024
- You are among the approximately 380,000 customers identified in the settlement class
- You received a breach notification letter or email from STIIIZY or the settlement administrator
- California residents may qualify under an additional subclass with separate fund allocation
- You did not previously opt out of the class action before the opt-out deadline
- You submit a valid claim online or by mail before September 10, 2026
No proof is required for the pro rata cash option. If you claim documented losses up to $7,500, you must provide supporting documentation such as receipts, bank statements, or invoices showing out-of-pocket expenses reasonably traceable to the breach.
File your claim through the official settlement website at stiiizydatabreachsettlement.com before September 10, 2026.

In October 2024, unauthorized actors accessed STIIIZY Inc. systems and potentially exposed customer personal and health information. STIIIZY publicly disclosed the incident on January 7, 2025, notifying approximately 380,000 affected customers across the United States.
The lawsuit alleges STIIIZY failed to implement reasonable data security safeguards to protect sensitive consumer information. STIIIZY denies wrongdoing but agreed to a $2,950,000 settlement fund administered at StiiizyDataBreachSettlement.com by Eisner Advisory Group. The case is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California as Case No. 2:25-cv-00490.
Class members may file for documented losses up to $7,500 or elect a no-documentation pro rata cash payment. All eligible claimants may also enroll in two years of credit monitoring with $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
If you received a data breach notice, that is the strongest indicator you are in the class. You may still review the official settlement website to confirm eligibility criteria even if you no longer have the notice letter.
California residents are included in a subclass that may affect fund allocation. Review the official notice for California-specific terms before selecting your claim option.

How Much Will I Actually Get?
Class members may choose documented losses reimbursement up to $7,500 with supporting proof, OR a pro rata cash payment with no documentation required. All eligible claimants may also receive two years of credit monitoring with $1,000,000 identity theft insurance. Benefits come from the $2,950,000 settlement fund after attorneys' fees, costs, and any service awards. The pro rata cash amount cannot be calculated until after the deadline because it depends on how many class members file and which benefit option they select.
Documented losses may receive higher compensation.
