TED Video Privacy Settlement resolves claims through a Up to $350,000 cash cap (membership benefit separate) settlement without further litigation. Class members who received notice may be eligible to file.

2 free months of TED Membership (value $10+) automatically, OR $5 cash (reduced pro rata against the $350,000 cap) if you file a claim, OR donate the $5 to TED Foundation instead.

How to File Your Claim

  1. No filing needed for the default benefit (2 free months of TED Membership, arrives automatically ~60 days after final approval). To take $5 cash instead — or donate it to TED Foundation — file online with the 8-digit Claim ID and 4-digit PIN from your notice, by the deadline. You cannot take both membership and cash.
