Plaintiffs allege VSL Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Leadiant Biosciences, Inc., and Alfasigma USA Inc. falsely represented that the VSL#3 formulation sold during the class period had been proven in clinical tests to be effective for certain medical conditions, causing consumers to overpay. Defendants dispute the allegations.
