What Happened?

Plaintiffs alleged Waste Connections entities billed commercial customers rate increases or fuel surcharges without a contractual basis. Defendants deny wrongdoing and agreed to settle.

The settlement creates a $1,400,000 fund. Residential/household customers are excluded — this is a commercial-account settlement only.
