What Happened?

Plaintiffs allege Atrium Health used pixel tracking technology on its website and, for a limited time from January 1, 2015 through July 31, 2019, on its MyAtriumHealth and MyCarolinas patient portals, allegedly disclosing personal and health-related information to third parties including Meta and Google without consent.
