What Happened?
In or around August 2024, CSC ServiceWorks announced a data security incident in which unauthorized individuals may have accessed personal information between September 23, 2023 and February 4, 2024, affecting approximately 35,000 people.
The lawsuit โ Conaway et al. v. CSC ServiceWorks Inc., Case No. 2:24-CV-05719-JMA-ARL, Eastern District of New York โ alleged CSC failed to implement adequate cybersecurity protections. CSC denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle. The Final Approval Hearing is July 28, 2026.

How Much Will I Actually Get?
