Onsite Mammography — now known as Onsite Women's Health — suffered a data breach in October 2024 that exposed the personal and medical information of patients who had received mammography services. The breach compromised names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical record numbers, health insurance information, and clinical data related to mammography screenings.
The exposure of mammography records is particularly sensitive as it reveals private health information about women's medical histories. Patients were notified of the breach and Onsite Women's Health agreed to pay $2.52 million to settle the resulting class action.
How Much Will I Actually Get?
The settlement offers a pro rata cash payment to all eligible claimants plus up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket expenses caused by the breach. You must have received a data breach notice from Onsite Mammography to file a claim. Your Settlement Claim ID from the notice is required. Deadline is August 11, 2026.
