On or around October 7, 2024, Healthcare Services Group, Inc. became aware of potential unauthorized access on its computer systems. The Data Incident occurred on or around September 27, 2024 and potentially exposed names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state identification numbers, financial account details, full access credentials, and medical and health insurance information. Notices to impacted individuals began around August 25, 2025.
The lawsuit is Williamson, et al. v. Healthcare Services Group, Inc., Case No. 2:25-cv-04908-JDW, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Class Representatives include Rebecca Richards, Harold Henderson, Stacey Petrollo, and Stanley Williamson.

How Much Will I Actually Get?
HCSG will pay $3,000,000 into a Settlement Fund. Settlement Class Members may submit a Claim Form to receive reimbursement of up to $5,000 for Documented Monetary Losses reasonably related to the Data Incident AND a Pro Rata Cash Payment from the remaining net fund after administration costs, court-approved fees/awards, documented-loss claims, and credit monitoring. Documented losses may include credit monitoring costs incurred on or after September 27, 2024 through October 1, 2026, unreimbursed fraud or identity-theft losses, and unreimbursed bank fees, postage, or mileage — Reasonable Documentation is required. The Pro Rata Cash Payment requires no documentation; the amount depends on the number of valid claims. Class members may also claim three years of one-bureau credit monitoring with dark web monitoring, up to $1,000,000 identity theft insurance, and identity recovery services. There is no separate fixed no-proof flat-cash tier beyond the pro rata payment.
