What Happened?

In June 2025, a targeted cyberattack on Highlands Oncology Group systems accessed files that may have contained names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or passport numbers, payment-card and financial account numbers, and medical and health-insurance information.

The case is In re Highlands Oncology Group Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 72CV-25-3420 (Circuit Court for Washington County, Arkansas). Highlands Oncology denies wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right.

The claim deadline is October 22, 2026. Opt-out and objection deadlines are October 7, 2026. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for November 6, 2026.

All class members may enroll in three years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete, which includes $1 million of medical identity-theft insurance. Monitoring covers healthcare insurance ID exposure, Medical Record Number (MRN) exposure, and unauthorized Health Savings Account (HSA) spending. If something suspicious appears, you can speak with a fraud-resolution agent. Monitoring is in addition to the cash option you select.
