Do I Qualify?

You may be eligible if:

• You bought a Levoit-branded Core or EverestAir air purifier, and/or a replacement filter, labeled True HEPA, HEPA, or H13
• The purchase was in the United States between August 29, 2019 and August 4, 2023
• Replacement filters are covered, not just the machines
• There is no state residency limit
• You have evidence of purchase showing the original purchase date
• You file by November 3, 2026

Evidence of purchase showing the original purchase date is required. Order history, an emailed order confirmation, a card/bank statement line, or a dated receipt can work. Invited class members use an Apex ID and PIN; people without an invitation use the public claim form starting from name and email.

What Happened?

Plaintiffs alleged that Levoit Core and EverestAir air purifiers and replacement filters labeled True HEPA, HEPA, or H13 did not perform as advertised. Vesync denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle.

Valid claims receive a flat $10 digital payment. That amount is reduced pro rata only if total valid claims exceed the $15 million cap (more than 1.5 million claims).

Attorneys' fees of up to $5,244,500 and service awards of up to $11,500 combined are paid separately by Vesync and do not reduce class awards.
