What Happened?

Plaintiffs alleged that Levoit Core and EverestAir air purifiers and replacement filters labeled True HEPA, HEPA, or H13 did not perform as advertised. Vesync denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle.

Valid claims receive a flat $10 digital payment. That amount is reduced pro rata only if total valid claims exceed the $15 million cap (more than 1.5 million claims).

Attorneys' fees of up to $5,244,500 and service awards of up to $11,500 combined are paid separately by Vesync and do not reduce class awards.

How to File Your Claim

Anything showing the original purchase date — order history, an emailed order confirmation, a card/bank statement line, or a dated receipt.
