File Your Claim →What Happened?
Dairy Farmers of America Data Breach Settlement resolves claims through a $475,000 settlement without further litigation. Class members who received notice may be eligible to file.
Class members choose ONE of two cash options — reimbursement of up to $4,500 in documented, unreimbursed out-of-pocket losses traceable to the incident, or a no-proof alternate cash payment estimated at $55. Both options share the same $475,000 aggregate cap, so payments are reduced pro rata together if claims exceed it — though with roughly 4,546 people in the class, the cap looks unlikely to bind. Every class member, regardless of which cash option is chosen, is also eligible for two years of CyEx Financial Shield Total credit monitoring with $1 million of financial fraud insurance.
