Southern Graphics Data Breach Settlement resolves claims through a $750,000 settlement without further litigation. Class members who received notice may be eligible to file.
Up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses occurring between Dec 2, 2024 and Nov 3, 2026, OR a one-time pro rata alternate cash payment for those without documented losses. All class members also get 2 years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring ($1M fraud insurance).
