In September 2024 (around September 20 through October 4), System Pavers experienced a cyberattack in which unauthorized actors may have accessed systems storing personal information, including names and Social Security numbers of employees and other individuals. System Pavers notified affected people and related class litigation followed. System Pavers denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle.
The settlement creates a $350,544 common fund. Class members may seek documented out-of-pocket losses up to $3,000 (including up to $80 lost time at 4 hours × $20/hour), or take an alternative pro rata cash payment estimated around $100 for California residents and $80 for other states with no loss documentation.
All class members may also elect 3 years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with $1 million fraud insurance. Online claims require the Notice ID and confirmation code from the settlement notice; a mail/email PDF form is also available.
Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by September 28, 2026 at systempaversdataincident.com/form/claim. Benefits distribute after final approval and resolution of any appeals.
