What Happened?
On or about November 12, 2025, SitusAMC discovered unauthorized access and exfiltration of Personal Information from its systems. Impacted data may have included names, dates of birth, Social Security or ITIN numbers, driver’s license or state ID numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, and health insurance policy numbers.
The case is In re SitusAMC Holdings Corporation Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 1:25-cv-9748 (S.D.N.Y.). SitusAMC denies that it did anything wrong. The Court has not decided in favor of either party.
The settlement fund is $5,300,000. The claim deadline is November 6, 2026. Opt-out and objection deadlines are October 22, 2026. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for November 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

How Much Will I Actually Get?
Class members can claim documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000 and/or a flat pro rata cash payment (estimated around $75, no documentation required). All class members also automatically receive one year of credit monitoring and identity-theft insurance. California class members who resided in California between November 12, 2025 and November 22, 2025 may also claim an additional $50 statutory payment, subject to pro-ration.
